A travel pouch becomes a lot more fun when you get to make it your own.
For an Agoda Internal Staff Event, Partyinkers brought an interactive Live Hybrid Patches Printing experience to Agoda employees, turning client provided travel pouches into personalised keepsakes.
Choose Your Favourite Patches
During the activation, staff could select up to four clipart designs to personalise their travel pouch.
Once their combination was chosen, the selected hybrid patches were heat pressed onto the pouch onsite, giving each guest the freedom to create a design that reflected their own personality and style.
With different cliparts to mix and match, no two pouches had to look the same.
A Simple Activity with Plenty of Creativity
What made the activation engaging was the freedom guests had to build their own patch combination.
Rather than receiving a standard staff gift, Agoda employees became part of the customisation process by choosing exactly how they wanted their pouch to look.
The result was a practical travel accessory with a personal twist, making live event customisation a fun addition to an internal staff engagement event.
